Again, this was really a fun shoot. It was only my second maternity session and, while it may not be my last, I don't get to do this sort of thing very often. I had a great time and I love, love, love these pictures. In the interest of full disclosure, you should all know that part of the reason I enjoyed taking these pictures was the simple fact that I never looked that good when I was pregnant. I am not even kidding. It was awful, people. So there may have been just a teensy bit of jealousy behind these shots too.

These are so lovely, and I so completely understand your "jealousy." I had people offer to take belly shots of me when I was pregnant. They were friends, well meaning and sweet, but I knew I would hate them (the pictures, not the friends) and I didn't want to disappoint my friends. I was huge, ugly skin sagging, overhang maternal overbite huge and I'm "not even kidding" either.
These are great, but I'm still partial to the ones you did for me! Just cuz they reek of love!!! I miss you!

gorgeous belly, gorgeous photos! the last two are definitely my favorites. makes me a little sad i didn't get to the full-on-belly stage with nolan...hopefully i'll get another chance one of these days. :)
