I am seeing holiday decorations everywhere.
However, the title of this post was intended to fool you into a sour mood, ready for my complaints about the too-soon appearance of Christmas displays in stores.
I actually love it.
I love, love, love Christmas.
And I love to sneak into those aisles of Christmas decorations in October. I like to just stand there and take in a deep breath of Christmas.
And I always slink back out of the aisle with a big, dreamy smile.
Yes, yes, I know all about the commercialism and nasty Western implications of stores and Christmas. But I don't really care.
I need a little Christmas whenever I can find some.
DAILY BLISS: a quiet evening, new possibilites on the horizon, and an impending vacation in the mountains

I hope it snows a little in the mountains for you!!
Oooooo! Me too!
I love Christmas...I just don't want to see Thanksgiving get squeezed out. A vacation in the mountains sounds wonderful!
I too, love Christmas decoration and take the girls by to look- unless we're in a super-big hurry. We usually aren't though.
I'm envious. I only live about 4 hours from the mountains but I rarely get to go. It could snow though, it's been cold enough here so I'm sure it is there. If you're going really soon you should still get to see a lot of fall color. We're just starting to get to the peak here.
My Christmas dolly - you haven't changed since you were three.
